As part of the activities for a fundraising program, the Haitelmex Foundation, in collaboration with other organizations, aims to strengthen the capacities of our workers for the financial year 2025.

In the first phase of our project, we work with our staff as workers in the fields of MARKETING, fundraising, and VIDEO PRESENTATION.

For the first three months, the employees will not need to work according to a schedule, but when they execute our work plan according to our needs, there will be a salary plan of $1000 to $1800 depending on the country. Or 10% bonus if the result is lower than our result plan.

This project is intended for all social actors, workers, promoters, sports clubs, schools, NGOs and young female talents as an associative project.

1- To support a project of a center for social reintegration and sustainable development, we invite and employ reliable, honest and serious people like yourself! Having the title of VIP or simple member to help us promote an annual membership kit in exchange for professional services, and includes sales strategies, gifts such as perfumes, portable tablets, Android phones, tickets conferences or events equivalent to a meal or DONUTS in exchange for donations. We also invite sports clubs (PME) and NGOs who wish to participate in our international tournaments, international training, visa program, work in case of need, or benefit from other benefits during the year. Those who wish to join us as VIP members will be able to benefit from the 13 professional services that we offer for a year. Thanks to a contribution of one year which includes a tablet as a gift.

Our institution offers free assistance to VIP members who qualify according to our work plan at 99%, within a period of 30 to 90 days, and who may need a work visa permit under the H-1 program law B or H-2 B, if necessary.

2 - This project helps professionals, organizations (SMEs), sports clubs, schools, volleyball, basketball, NGOs and workers who want to participate in our international events. They can also work as partners or internal workers.

3- This center aims to help each month more than 300 homeless youth under 23 years old, released from prison, through a project that will last more than six years and will be implemented in various places in the United States, and an exchange of qualified talents from the program of workers, from Latin America and other countries, upon invitation in accordance with the law.

According to article 8.1, the membership of our institution is free, and our VIP service is an annual contribution in cooperation. It is intended for professionals (SMEs), NGOs who wish to work on sustainable projects or work partners. VIP who wish to work, with a work kit included in 13 professional services including a free tablet, The expedition will be carried out from the United States and 12 virtual services.

FIRST CATEGORY OF INFORMATION : In the first or second phases, As an employee partner or representative, we will have to strengthen and convert your capabilities into a YouTuber video. This involves making a presentation and intervention of the project twice a week, and also serving your group as trainers twice a week, and 20% of administrative service.

Before signing your contract, our institution will organize training on an innovative methodology, with access to the materials from your home. We hope you will submit your abstract through virtual classes or in person from our site in North America or America Latina. The trainer must receive 27 to 48 training sessions, with two weekly video presentations and a weekly report. The course processes last from 30 to 90 days, in collaboration with the foundation and other ethical institutions.
