We are excited to present a job activity related to the role of event promoter.

Through: A Center for Social Reintegration and Sustainable Development

1- We are seeking promoters for international events, offering a comprehensive range of thirteen support services tailored for professionals, small businesses (SMEs), and NGOs interested in sustainable development initiatives. This is a chance to explore new opportunities and participate as VIP members in various international events planned throughout the year.

2- Consequently, we are in search of event managers who can assist us in attracting potential participants from the professional sector. We welcome beginners and those eager to receive training for gaining experience and contributing to our institution’s expansion strategy.

3- Our upcoming tentative event will focus on resilient communities and sustainable development, scheduled from February 25 to 28, 2025, in collaboration with another partner rooted in science and evidence for the 2030 agenda, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, or Switzerland following our celebration of the institution's 18th anniversary from March 2 to 3, 2025, in Mexico.

The successful candidate will be:

• Dynamic and positive
• Be able to fill out our online form and attach the required documents
• Be available to learn our first 9 online training courses.
• With good interpersonal skills and a professional image
• with a great open-mindedness
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to handle pressure
• Able to master computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Qualification criteria:

**Educational requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree or higher or its equivalent; translate and legalize
• Training certificate with the Haitelmex Foundation
• Original Criminal record, translate and legalize
• Copy of passport
• Copy of the institution's documents to the local government
• The institution requires 30 to 90 days of volunteer training before signing a contract
• Complete the online application, below
• A black and white photo
• We request a letter of acceptance of the job offer and the services offered that we have published.

Note : other documents may be requested depending on the nature of the request

Worker compensation,or salary

- We offer payments ranging from $450 to $950 for 15 to 30 participants; 

-If the worker is based in the USA, the payment is $1800 for a 30/90 program 

- or 10% of the total if there are fewer than 15 participants per month for each registered worker (SMEs) / NGO, potential participant.

Our rewards plan is carried out every two weeks through a Bank of America or American Express card, for your first 15 potential VIPs.

Notice:

As a VIP member, if you wish to participate in our event, a worker will be available during your participation, if you do not wish to participate this salary is at your disposal.

Programme incentive

- Our initial conferences will be held in Thailand or Switzerland following our celebration of the institution's 18th anniversary from March 2 to 3, 2025, in Mexico, and other country though the year 

Nota: 

Our international training is free, participants will only need to join our support service, which includes 13 VIP services at a cost of $270, which is an internal service of our institution.

- According to the immigration authority, and our administration for a VIP member will receive an invitation letter considered as a work letter and will benefit from three days of free accommodation, and A 10 to 15% discount will be applied on their air tickets. provided that you invite between 15 and 30 additional participants, This work plan is a concrete and effective activity, in order to accredit your activities, to receive a work letter within our institution to cover 60% of their travel expenses, which should not exceed $1500 in total.

Program for Organizations

Those wishing to present a project to a donor must have completed the first 9 trainings and gather the necessary documents, while gathering between 15 and 30 other members in the clubs. and grant requests can vary between $12,000 and $120,000 per year, and we do not consider construction projects, note: Your 15/30 results plan is essential for the approval of your project.

a - Participants or workers must sell between 15 and 90 tickets for the international conference every two weeks, which includes a VIP service kit that features 12 virtual services and a portable tablet as a gift. Delivery will occur in the United States, and this kit is priced at $270, valid for one year.

b - VIP members will receive an invoice outlining the 13 services available for one year. After that, they must adhere to our training plan to activate the 12 virtual services in collaboration with the government and the foundation.

Important information:

1 - To validate their work, clubs must submit a weekly video detailing their professional experiences

2 - During the training process, members may receive two certificates: one from Haitelmex and the other from the government.

3 - Members are required to make two presentations each week.

4 - Members must secure an employment contract after qualifying between 15 and 90 VIP participants in their club, which is necessary for the state-required document list.

5 - As a demonstration of commitment, VIP members must provide a weekly work report. 

Furthermore, they must submit their club documents 100 days prior to the deadline; after that, 60% of the establishment's expenses will fall to the member, with all remaining costs being the responsibility of the VIP!
