Invitation to the 18th Anniversary Celebration of the Institution,
Foundation HAITELMEX
Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to invite all our skilled worker members to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the HAITELMEX Foundation, which will take place in Bangkok from 25 to 28 February 2025. A travel subsidy program will be available for qualified VIP members. We kindly request that you confirm your attendance in advance, in case of a change of country.
As a recognized non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status that benefits from tax exemption in the United States, becoming a VIP worker member will give you access to 13 professional and support services, specifically designed to help VIP partners, whether SMEs, NGOs or universities, engaged in sustainable development projects. A work plan will also be available to you, making it easier to meet the criteria needed to obtain a grant when presenting your project to a funder, or if you wish to participate in our international event.
In addition, as a VIP worker participant member, you will receive an invitation letter to celebrate our 18th anniversary. Please note that our events are free for VIP worker institutions that register for our service and that bring together between 15 and 90 participants within their club. In this context, we offer financial assistance covering 60 to 80% of your travel expenses for the training. The amount of the trip must not exceed $1,500.
