- The Haitelmex Foundation is a nonprofit organization created in 2007 in Mexico and legalized in 2008.
- In 2009 : Our Organization receive a statute as a Federal contractor registered at DUNS number: (812-917-615) NAIC CODE: (611)
- 2010 : Our Organization registers with (MSPP) HAITI NO (00270):
- in 2013 :It received a legal status in the United States as a non-profit organization 501(C)(3)

- In 2016 it receives a statute with UN / ECOSOC / Special Consultative Status 2016:
