Job offers for an associative project, as part of the job creation of the Center for Social Reintegration and Sustainable Development, managed by the HAITELMEX foundation.
This project is given to all social actors, workers, promoters, sports clubs, young female talents, organizations, SMEs, as part of an associative project.
1- Regarding our fundraising activity in collaboration with other organizations and the development of the capacities of our workers, in the first phase of the project we intend to sell more than 400 conference or equivalent event tickets at a participation meal or DONUTS. This purchase can be made online or directly through our worker representatives, for a restaurant in the United States.
2- This project supports professionals, volleyball and basketball organizations (SMEs), as well as professionals and organizations interested in participating in our international events linked to our project and others, who wish to work on sustainable development projects in the long term, whether as partners or as workers with internal conditions.
3- This center aims to help each month more than 300 homeless young people under the age of 23, released from prison, through a project that will last more than six years and will be implemented in various locations in the United States, and in talent exchange skilled worker program, from Latin America and other countries, by invitation in accordance with the law.

Work plan # 1
As part of our activity, we offer the public a ticket as a supporter to participate in our conference. This post represents a meal in a restaurant. From one of these cities in the United States, such as MA/MD / NY/NJ/PA, the supporter can purchase the ticket, via a link with the name of the worker's representative, to come and participate or as a simple supporter .
These representatives want to earn between US$950 and US$1800 per month as salary, but if they sell less, they will receive a 10% bonus. However, they must submit a report and presentation video each week and be available to complete the training and receive their certificate.
Work plan option # 2
The second way we want to work with a representative is to invite the organization or professional who wants to participate in our international training program or volleyball tournaments, and others four times a year by invitation. However, each person must have a maximum of seven other guests to guarantee the activity, since this training or tournaments must have between 25 and 100 participants maximum, and the documents must be presented 90 days in advance, and for participation of a club in the international program, each participant must have an annual contribution, as a VIP member, and receive a tablet computer as a gift in exchange and 12 virtual professional services.
Work plan option #3
If the third plan suits you best, you must have your own resource. To buy 7 VIP kits, you will need to receive 15 flavors, sell them for $50, and then you will need to buy them multiple times in the same month. You will have to help seven other people do the same work in your club, with the same money. We will pay for your document with the state government, in case you need to request a document.

If this is the fourth plan, you aim to have at least 30 other people join the program as a VIP member, taking service from the institution for a year, and you must help seven of them to move forward.
The Haitelmex Foundation is a social reintegration and sustainable development center which works with organizations, sports clubs, institutions, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), professionals and schools which have a long-term sustainable development project. This program is an activity that is part of a project called social reintegration and sustainable development. Our work plan consists of two forms:
1 - The first form is a project based on a fundraising activity, which represents 80% of the work, and 20% of office activities, as requested.
2 - The second phase is after the training, where 50% administration and 50% project activity can be carried out in social and sustainable development aspects.
3 -NOTE: You can work or join us with a VIP member work kit. If your work is local, you can work without your VIP kit with certain restrictions. The kit is a work tool that allows you to identify yourself as a member and activate, with your professional email, and benefit from 13 services, including services explained below. The membership kit is not a payment per procedure, to an ethical institution it is an internal annual fee as an active and optional member.

We invite you to be part of our work team to help you achieve our goal and in the first phase of our project, according to our needs, from your country or directly in the United States, before applying for your work permit or pay slip, you must have a result of 70% in the following way.
