Job offers for an associative project, as part of the job creation of the Center for Social Reintegration and Sustainable Development, managed by the HAITELMEX foundation.

 This project is given to all social actors, workers, promoters, sports clubs, young female talents, organizations, SMEs, as part of an associative project.

1- Regarding our fundraising activity in collaboration with other organizations and the development of the capacities of our workers, in the first phase of the project we intend to sell more than 400 conference or equivalent event tickets at a participation meal or DONUTS. This purchase can be made online or directly through our worker representatives, for a restaurant in the United States.

2- This project supports professionals, volleyball and basketball organizations (SMEs), as well as professionals and organizations interested in participating in our international events linked to our project and others, who wish to work on sustainable development projects in the long term, whether as partners or as workers with internal conditions.

3- This center aims to help each month more than 300 homeless young people under the age of 23, released from prison, through a project that will last more than six years and will be implemented in various locations in the United States, and in talent exchange skilled worker program, from Latin America and other countries, by invitation in accordance with the law.

Work plan # 1

As part of our activity, we offer the public a ticket as a supporter to participate in our conference. This post represents a meal in a restaurant. From one of these cities in the United States, such as MA/MD / NY/NJ/PA, the supporter can purchase the ticket, via a link with the name of the worker's representative, to come and participate or as a simple supporter . 

These representatives want to earn between US$950 and US$1800 per month as salary, but if they sell less, they will receive a 10% bonus. However, they must submit a report and presentation video each week and be available to complete the training and receive their certificate.

Work plan  option  # 2 

The second way we want to work with a representative is to invite the organization or professional who wants to participate in our international training program or volleyball tournaments, and others four times a year by invitation. However, each person must have a maximum of seven other guests to guarantee the activity, since this training or tournaments must have between 25 and 100 participants maximum, and the documents must be presented 90 days in advance, and for participation of a club in the international program, each participant must have an annual contribution, as a VIP member, and receive a tablet computer as a gift in exchange and 12 virtual professional services. 

Work plan option #3

If the third plan suits you best, you must have your own resource. To buy 7 VIP kits, you will need to receive 15 flavors, sell them for $50, and then you will need to buy them multiple times in the same month. You will have to help seven other people do the same work in your club, with the same money. We will pay for your document with the state government, in case you need to request a document. 

Work plan #4

If this is the fourth plan, you aim to have at least 30 other people join the program as a VIP member, taking service from the institution for a year, and you must help seven of them to move forward.

The Haitelmex Foundation is a social reintegration and sustainable development center which works with organizations, sports clubs, institutions, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), professionals and schools which have a long-term sustainable development project. We offer a VIP kit in the form of a license in exchange for an annual fee, which contains 13 services, including a free portable tablet.

We offer VIP members visibility on the dashboard, in our advertisements, on our websites, at events and in multiple countries. Furthermore, we allow the VIP members to present their project. This program is an activity that is part of a project called social reintegration and sustainable development. In the first phase of the project, we carried out a fundraising and marketing activity in exchange for a VIP work kit, in exchange for a donation for SMEs that wish to join as VIP. Our work plan consists of two forms:

1 - The first form is a project based on a fundraising activity, which represents 80% of the work, and 20% of office activities, as requested.

2 - The second phase is after the training, where 50% administration and 50% project activity can be carried out in social and sustainable development aspects.

3 -NOTE: You can work or join us with a VIP member work kit. If your work is local, you can work without your VIP kit with certain restrictions. The kit is a work tool that allows you to identify yourself as a member and activate, with your professional email, and benefit from 13 services, including services explained below. The membership kit is not a payment per procedure, to an ethical institution it is an internal annual fee as an active and optional member.

We invite you to be part of our work team to help you achieve our goal and in the first phase of our project, according to our needs, from your country or directly in the United States, before applying for your work permit or pay slip, you must have a result of 70% in the following way.

Nota: 

-A person can come to work without a work kit locally from their country,

-Or With a work kit, and after qualification, if necessary, to be able to benefit from the H-1B work VISA program for the year 2025 or change status  for 3 to 6 years, according to the H-1B law, if you are eligible for our plan that we lost with a 30 to 90 day test.

Remuneration 

Monthly production incentive processes and assigned bonuses 

At the beginning, it is necessary to invite a team of 7 or more workers to be part of your work team and teach them how to achieve a goal of 30 VIP users or more per month.

These VIP users can be organizations, sports clubs, professionals, companies, etc., who become VIP members.

Your compensation is based on this table in dollars based on your group of 7 guests, as you help your group reach a production goal of 30 VIP users or more per month.

1-YOU plus 1 who achieved a goal of 30 VIP users per month: $12.50 USD per hour.

2-YOU plus 5 each who achieved a goal of 30 VIP users per month: $15.50 per hour.

3-YOU plus 7 each, who achieved a goal of 30 VIP users per month: $17.50 per hour.

4-YOU plus 10 each who achieved a goal of 30 VIP users per month: $25.50 per hour.

-Note: If they are less, they will receive a 10 to 15% bonus within their training.

-If you are a recruitment agency,  You only receive a 3 to 10% bonus within your employee training

Within the first months of your training, an exact schedule is not necessary

In the first or second phases, As an employee partner or representative, we will have to strengthen and convert your capabilities into a YouTuber video. This involves making a presentation and intervention of the project twice a week, and also serving your group as trainers twice a week, and 20% of administrative service.

Before signing your contract, our institution will organize training on an innovative methodology, with access to the materials from your home. We hope you will submit your abstract through virtual classes or in person from our site in North America or America Latina. The trainer must receive 27 to 48 training sessions, with two weekly video presentations and a weekly report. The course processes last from 30 to 90 days, in collaboration with the foundation and other ethical institutions.

In the second phase of the program, in accordance with our need:

2- After the training, it is expected that 50% of the users will be involved in administration work and 50% in the project activity and in continuing to obtain a result to achieve a goal of 300 Young users released from prison to invite to reintegrate into our program, or Homeless Youth, to invite to re-educate to integrate into society, and after training to become an agent of change for sustainable development, and obtain a place of work in our project. 

Communication and events

Develop and manage print and web operations with service providers if necessary (newsletters, testimonials, videos, presentations, articles, social media posts)

Manage the Foundation's website and social networks.

Participate in the organization of Foundation events.

Participate in external events for the visibility of the Foundation (fairs, etc.)

Manage fundraising strategies, recruitment and development of promoters and donors for said strategies through public relations and cultivation and monitoring of donors.

Responsibilities:

• · Collaborate with the Fund Procurement team to prepare a development/funding plan and its budget.

Set up, monitor and analyze donation campaigns.

Help the director support project leaders and respond to administration for invitations to correctional facilities and other ethical delegations

Donor Relations

Define the stages and actions of the relationship with the donor and implement them: awareness, cultivation, solicitation, loyalty (greeting cards, calls, tax receipts, etc.)

Define and implement a recognition program for annual fund donors and average donors.

Support your focus on updating, usage and optimization with management while maintaining donor relationships.

Requirements:

•       Experience in fundraising activity, marketing, Video presentation,
