Requirements to participate in our program or as a NGO
Our program is collective, in partnership with sports associations, but it is not individualized, you have the option of joining clubs and receiving invitations.
As a registered VIP member, if you are eligible for our work plan by carrying out an invitation plan for a maximum of 7 to 90 registered participants, We have the possibility to cover your plane ticket less than 1000 DLS US and to offer you three days of accommodation as well as a letter of invitation, and Any local or international organization that wishes to participate in our inaugural program, Your registration fee costs $270.
As a gift, if you register as a VIP member, to participate in our inaugural program, with sports clubs, in Mexico and Canada, on plastic waste, before the 31st of the month, and if you have a postal address in the USA, you can get yourself a laptop or an Android phone.
If you have a club with 7 other participants, you will benefit from an additional service kit for a period of 12 months, since your club has more than 15, you will benefit from a credit plan, contact us

The documents we request for sports clubs are as follows
Note: Depending on the nature of your license, these documents may require translation and legalization in your country of origin.
For sports, clubs are the following
1-Copy of sports federation license
2-Copy of the legal document of the organization,
3-Certificate of medical insurance or membership
4-Copy of the list of 7 to 90 passports of your participants
5-Copy of criminal record according to their origin.

10- Copy of each participant’s passport

2-A copy of the criminal record, depending on their origin.

A _ Copy of registration and CERTIFICATE of affiliation with the Haitelmex Foundation, 2023.24,
B – Copy of the professional email reference, if you are already affiliated with our institution or registered,
C — Copy the annual subscription invoice which includes 13 services offered with the Haitelmex Foundation, if you are already affiliated with our institution or registered,
D – Submission of the document to the town hall, depending on your country
E – process of receiving your gift, laptop or computer.
F – Receive a condition letter from our annual service, conditions of invitation letter and General Policies.
G – Receive an invitation letter within 22 to 35 days, by email.
